General Questions

Tri-County Career Academy provides instructor-led workforce training for individuals, employers, government agencies, contractors, veterans, and working professionals.

TCCA courses are open to individuals, professionals, employer teams, contractors, government agencies, and organizations looking to build practical skills and career-ready credentials.

Yes. TCCA courses are instructor-led and may be offered through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), in-person training, or on-site employer training when available.

Classes may be held through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), in person at a training location, or on-site for employer groups when arranged.

Courses & Training

TCCA currently offers OSHA safety training, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and EM 385-1-1 Federal Contractor Safety training.

The right course depends on your goals, job requirements, employer needs, or contract requirements. Students may contact TCCA for help selecting the appropriate course.

Course materials are provided when applicable and may be delivered electronically or in class depending on the course format.

Yes. TCCA courses are designed to include practical examples, real-world applications, instructor discussion, and career-focused learning.

Registration & Schedule

Select the course or class date you want and click Register Now. You will be directed to the appropriate registration and payment page.

Yes. Class seats may be limited based on course format, instructor availability, room capacity, or online class requirements.

Yes. The Schedule page should display upcoming TCCA classes and allow students to review dates, times, delivery format, price, and available seats before registering.

Yes. Employers and organizations may register multiple students for public classes or request private group training.

Students should receive registration confirmation and course information by email. Additional course instructions, materials, or attendance requirements may be provided before class.

Certificates & Verification

Students who successfully complete course requirements, meet attendance requirements, and complete required coursework will receive the appropriate TCCA certificate, course completion documentation, or OSHA Department of Labor card when applicable.

Certificates may include the student name, course name, completion date, certificate number, and issuing organization.

Yes. TCCA should provide a certificate verification page where limited certificate information can be verified.

Yes. Students who successfully complete the full OSHA Outreach course requirements will receive the appropriate OSHA Department of Labor card when applicable.

The OSHA 30 Department of Labor card is recognized in all 50 states and does not expire.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment is required to confirm a seat in paid TCCA courses.

TCCA may accept credit card, PayPal, Stripe, and Pay Later options when available.

Students may request a refund before class begins if they are unable to attend. Once a class has started, refunds are not issued.

Students who cannot attend a scheduled class should contact TCCA as soon as possible. TCCA may allow transfer to a future class when space is available.

Employer Training

Yes. Employers may register multiple employees for public classes or request a private class for their organization.

Yes. TCCA provides customized instructor-led training for businesses, government agencies, military organizations, contractors, and nonprofit organizations.

Employer training may be available through:

* In-Person Classroom Training
* On-Site Training at Your Facility
* Private Group Training
* Customized Training Schedules

Employers should click Request Employer Training and complete the Employer Training Request Form

Student Support & Policies

TCCA policies should be available on the Student, Website & Training Policies page.

Only include PDF downloads if final approved PDF documents are available. Otherwise, policies should be viewable directly on the website.

Students should review attendance, registration/payment, refund/cancellation, certificate, OSHA card, virtual attendance, privacy, and terms of use policies before registering.
